GRA announces the launch of a strategic partnership with Knight Frank Australia. The partnership will expand both companies’ service offering to industrial occupiers across the Asia Pacific region.
The partnership couples the strategic review offering provided by GRA with the in-depth property knowledge and geographic scope of the Knight Frank Occupier Services team to provide end-to-end solution based advice in a rapidly changing industrial landscape.
According to Dermot Lowry, Knight Frank’s Partner, Head of Occupier Services, Australia the evolving industrial and logistics landscape has meant occupiers are seeking advice on how to best tackle these challenges and improve efficiencies.
“Changing consumer behaviours, particularly within the retail sector, along with downturns in the manufacturing space have put increasing pressure on warehousing, freight and logistics occupiers to innovate their service offerings.
“By partnering with GRA we will be able to provide our clients with a holistic offering, from specialist supply chain and logistics strategy, planning and execution right though to developing and implementing practical, and commercially minded real estate solutions.”
Carter McNabb, Partner, GRA added, “We are looking forward to working with Knight Frank’s Occupier Services team to offer clients advice and support throughout the process, right through from negotiation to project management, design and fitouts.”
