Stock Exchange: Reducing Stocks to Increase Share Price

GRA will present at the SMART Supply Chain Technology (SSCT) exhibition at 11am on 20 June 2007.
GRA Partner Carter McNabb will present Stock Exchange: reducing stocks to increase share price, a case study on how tight inventory management impacted the share price of one Australian company.
The seminar will include how the project was approached, the measurable results achieved, and reasons for its success. Forecasting and planning techniques that improved service levels, reduced inventory and improved operating cash flow will also be explained.
