Our team members are not only experts in their field with high levels of skills, experience and intellect, but are also highly personable. The right personality fit is crucial for the enjoyment of the GRA work environment, as well as the interaction with our clients and their team members. In addition, change management can be difficult for some companies, but with the right person leading it can be made a lot easier. Whilst we are a results-focused organisation, we have a flat management structure where ideas are more important than hierarchy.

We are a company where each individual brings something different to the mix. Our senior members have held director-level roles in organisations turning over in excess of three billion dollars a year. Their experience covers international supply chain management, organisational transformation, demand planning and pricing. When recruiting for our entry level positions we look for high achieving academic individuals who also possess the attitude, character and interpersonal qualities that make for a professional consultant. We offer a range of roles including:

  • Supply Chain Domain Experts – architecting and delivering supply chain solutions
  • Consultants (Senior/Junior) – working with the Domain experts to analyse supply chains
  • Coach/Mentors – sitting side-by-side with clients to help embed the culture change

Staff and their families enjoy bi-monthly events such as go-kart driving, rowing, Gold Class cinema, dinners and drinks, country race meets, outdoor cinema, lawn bowls and tennis. We believe our caring ‘family’ culture and satisfying work opportunities account for the exceptional tenure of our team members.
