We've Walked the Walk

Our team has extensive commercial supply chain and logistics experience across a broad range of industries and at all levels of the process, both strategic and operational. Having had the experience of implementing supply chain management initiatives within industry as customers, we have first-hand insight into our clients’ requirements and challenges. This makes us uniquely qualified to help our clients achieve their goals.

Consulting and systems

We're not just supply chain consultants or just a systems provider; we do both. We provide a range of supply chain consulting services as well as software to support our analyses to deliver sustainable results. We specialise in the application and implementation of forecasting, planning and optimisation software, ‘what if’ simulation tools, network modelling systems and performance reporting systems. We also assist organisations with the configuration and implementation of demand and supply chain modules in ERP systems.

Two sets of footprints

The single most important factor in achieving the sustained success of a solution is the effective management of the culture - in other words, the people. If the people issue is not addressed effectively, investments may not deliver an acceptable return.

GRA has developed unique approaches to assist our clients with effective change management. We use techniques including extensive coaching and mentoring, coupled with the appropriate performance measurement, to ensure that people understand, embrace and enjoy learning the new disciplines. We work hands on and side by side with our clients throughout the implementation process to transfer knowledge and up-skill our clients' teams. Consequently, the new behaviour is adopted and becomes a part of the business culture - thus ensuring the on-going success of the business improvements and their associated outcomes.
