GRA Careers

GRA recognises its most important assets are its people.

We pride ourselves on having a genuinely unique working culture that is only as good as its people; we are therefore highly selective with the staff we employ. Our team members are not only experts in their field with high levels of skills, experience and intellect, but are also highly personable. The right personality fit is crucial for the enjoyment of the GRA work environment, as well as the interaction with our clients and their team members. In addition, change management can be difficult for some companies, but with the right person leading it can be made a lot easier. While we are a results-focused organisation, we have a flat management structure where ideas are more important than hierarchy.

Our staff come from an interesting mix of backgrounds including Economics, Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Accounting, IT, Production Management, Legal, and Defence. Typically they fulfil the following roles:

  • consultants – experienced professionals who lead and manage client projects
  • analysts – resources who conduct fact-based analyses to support client activities
  • systems analysts – developers who create and support applications for clients
  • business intelligence (BI) analysts – specialist BI staff who, together with our consultants, work with our clients to develop, customise and deploy powerful BI solutions
  • coach mentors – experienced industry practitioners who work side by side with clients to ensure change is successful and results are delivered
  • customer support – support team for our clients

The GRA social calendar is a busy one. Staff and their families enjoy bi-monthly events such as go-kart driving, rowing, Gold Class cinema, dinners and drinks, country race meets, outdoor cinema, lawn bowls and tennis. We believe our caring 'family' culture and satisfying work opportunities account for the exceptional tenure of our team members.

GRA offers opportunities to work with major Australian businesses at management and operational levels. We expect exceptional results and high levels of professionalism and in return offer a unique culture and flexible working environment with excellent potential for career development.
