MRO Spares Optimisation Course

GRA’s Carter McNabb will conduct an interactive two-day MRO Spares Optimisation course in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
for Marcus Evans Conferences.
The course will look at strategic insights and in-depth processes that support effective spares management to provide
for efficient maintenance planning, scheduling and equipment reliability improvement.
In today’s demanding and highly competitive market, spares management is becoming more complex, making it critical
for plant operations to find solutions that will assist in synchronising its processes. Spares are not only a significant
business expenses but the lack of appropriate parts can result in costly downtime.
The course will look at strategic insights and in-depth processes that support effective spares management to provide for efficient maintenance planning, scheduling and equipment reliability improvement.
Participants will gain an understanding of different spares management methodologies, supported by practical skills
they can apply to their organisations to assist in achieving the following:
- Reducing inventory replenishment purchase orders by proper scheduling
